Ramgarhia Institute of Management and Advance Studies (RIMAS), Phagwara is approved by UGC and Govt of Punjab and is affiliated to I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar, Punjab. The College came into existence in year 2015 with a vision of serving the society with management and advance studies requirement. It is managed by Ramgarhia Educational Council, which is a registered body under section 26 of the Indian Companies Act, 1913 by Ministry of Economic Affairs, Government of India vide no. 29(116)-CL/54 dated February 19th, 1955. The managing committee of RIMAS mainly consists of members of Ramgarhia Educational Council, Satnampura, Phagwara(Punjab), NRIs’ and various other representatives of Punjab State and the Central Government. It has been managing more than dozen schools and colleges since the year 1929.
