In a bid to nurture holistic growth among its students, RIET Campus recently organized an engaging workshop in Association with ALPHA INSTITUTE focused on personality development. The event, attended by a diverse group of students from various Departments, aimed to equip attendees with essential skills to navigate both personal and professional spheres successfully.

*Expert Speakers Er. Baljit Singh Ubbi Renowned psychologists and industry professionals were invited to share their expertise on various facets of personality development, offering valuable insights into self-awareness and interpersonal skills.

Students actively participated in interactive sessions, including role-playing exercises, group discussions, and self-reflection activities.

The workshop placed a strong emphasis on effective communication skills, providing practical tips to enhance verbal and non-verbal communication. Students learned strategies to express themselves confidently and assertively.
